Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $99.

Free shipping applies to eligible orders shipped within the United States. The order total must be over $99 before taxes, discounts, and any additional fees are applied.

Shipping and Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24–72 business hours and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that processing and shipping times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Fees

A flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies to orders under $99.

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is completed.

Restricted Shipping

Shop CBD Direct currently ships within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping or ship to military addresses, including APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order if we are unable to ship to the provided address or if shipping the order would violate applicable laws, carrier restrictions, or internal compliance policies.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Shop CBD Direct is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or undelivered orders caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping information provided at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, or if your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to review the issue and determine the best next steps.

Order Discrepancies

If your package arrives damaged, or if you receive missing, incorrect, or defective items, please contact us at help@shopcbddirect.com within 48 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging if applicable. We will review your claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Sales Tax

Sales tax may be applied to orders in select states and is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

In some cases, sales tax may also apply to shipping costs as required by state and local tax laws.
